"I know that brokers need a responsive, knowledgeable med mal market. Someone who understands risk and insurance, and can confidently talk the complex language of ‘surgeon’ is crucial to getting the right cover at the right premium. Surgeons want to deal with brokers and underwriters who know their profession well and feel confident that in the event of a claim they are in the hands of experts."
